Reservations are not required for the studio, but are recommended if you want to ensure a free space to paint.

Reservations are accepted only with a 50 PLN deposit, regardless of the number of people painting.

People with a GIFT COUPON do not pay a deposit when booking

You can book a place for 2 hours in the following time slots: 11.00-13.00, 13.30-15.30 or 16.00-18. Inquiries about available places can be sent by e-mail: joanna@madebyyou.pl or confirmed by phone 531 935 135

After MadeByYou confirms the availability of a place, a deposit of PLN 50 must be paid (the amount should be transferred to the account no later than within 2 days/48 hours of making the reservation). The fee is PLN 50, regardless of the number of people.

If payment is not made within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled.  We accept reservations until Friday. If you are making reservation on Friday please send the bank transfer confirmation by e-mail.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the bill on the day of the workshop. If fewer people show up at the booked time than specified during the reservation (and it is not corrected up to 24 hours before the reservation time), we will charge a fee of PLN 50 for the absent person.

On the day of booking, please arrive at the studio on time at the agreed time. 2 hours of classes include: choosing a form for painting, instruction, painting ceramics, cleaning up the workstation. Painting must be completed 10 minutes before the expiry of the reservation time to clean up the workstation after yourself. The reservation time cannot be extended (you can optionally use available places from the pool that is not subject to reservation, but MadeByYou does not guarantee their availability after the reservation time). You can continue working on unfinished works on your next visit.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays , the studio is open from 4-7 p.m. It is best to reserve 2 hours of time for painting (minimum 1.5 hours). The rules for booking seats are the same as for Saturday, except for the hours. You can book e.g. 4 p.m. (and stay in the studio until 7 p.m.), 4.30 p.m., or 5 p.m. Of course, you can also come without a reservation but we do not guarantee that there will be free places.
